#6. Time Equals Money

There is this saying that time equals money, when it refers to a business, but it can also be taken literally, as a way to save time on things you don't want to do.
Think like this: on an action that takes time, would you pay money to do that action?
- Would you pay money to scroll on Instagram for an hour?
- Would you pay money on a boring conversation with a person you don't care about?
Yet, when somebody asks you to do something, you freely give away hours and hours of your time.
What about money? You're more apprehensive when somebody asks you for money, right? You should start protecting your time in the same way you protect your money. Because time is the most valuable asset you own. It is the great equalizer of the human species.
Be ruthless with your time. Cut down anything that doesn't truly matter to you. Priorities should become priorities again.
